We want you to be happy with your kitchen dresser.
In the unlikely event this isn't the case then returning it is an easy process.

Returns policy

Please note that you are entitled to cancel your order if you wish, provided that you notify us no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the Products. We will refund your purchase price, excluding our collection costs of £99

It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We’d expect this to mean that the item is undamaged and unused.

Items that are excluded from this returns policy are: made-to-order furniture, bespoke furniture and clearance furniture.

Access

It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into your home. It is very important that you carefully measure where the piece is going to go and if there are any tight corners, narrow staircases and doorways.

Dimensions

Please note item sizes are nominal and may vary +/- 10mm on sizes stated. Where space or fit are of paramount importance the customer should satisfy themselves that the item is suitable for the purpose intended and will fit the available space. When there are critical dimensions such as restricted ceiling height etc. we must be given the measurement together with any desired clearance. We cannot be held responsible for inaccurate measurements.

Fixtures & Fittings

Oak worktops
Each one of our solid worktops is unique and any knots and irregularities are seen as part of the beauty of this natural product.

Marble worktops
Our solid Carrara marble worktops are extracted from the ground and are therefore a natural product. Any blemishes are seen as part of the beauty of this natural product.

Furniture Delivery Information

Delivery dates are not guaranteed but we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated date. Prior to delivery you will be offered a delivery day based on our carrier's availability in your area. If you cannot accept the date offered this might delay your delivery. Our carrier will call approximately two days prior to the agreed delivery date to confirm the day and an estimated time. The customer must be available at the address to sign and acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the furniture. We reserve the right to charge for storage costs and redelivery if we have to store your furniture or bring it back because you have been unable to accept delivery. 

Colour

If you would like to receive painted swatches, you can request them by filling out a colour request form on any product page. Please note that paint colours can vary very slightly from batch to batch and we cannot be held responsible for any perceived differences between shade cards/swatches and actual pieces of furniture.

Liability

If furniture arrives damaged or we have made mistakes with your order we will of course repair it as soon as possible. Please check your furniture carefully and report any problems immediately on delivery as we will not be held liable for any defects identified after receiving a signed acceptance of delivery. We cannot be held liable for conditions of use or storage within the customers' house after delivery which may affect the furniture in any way. Heat sources - it is not advisable to position the furniture in very close proximity to a direct heat source eg. a radiator/Aga. Floors - in extreme cases uneven floors may affect the performance of the doors, in terms of altering the gaps which could lead the doors to pinch.
