We deliver free to all UK mainland addresses.
We also deliver to IOW (£395), The Scottish Islands (£350), Northern Ireland (£425), ROI (£500), Channel Islands (£550), Austria (£625) France (£625), Germany (£695), Italy (£725), Holland (£625) Switzerland (£725). All above international and non-mainland deliveries will be a one-man service and plus import taxes and customs charges. You can select your country on the checkout page.

We use a ‘white glove’ specialist courier company for all of our deliveries. Once you have placed your order (if the item is in stock) your details will be passed to the courier company who will contact you directly to discuss the delivery of your dresser. You will be offered a morning/afternoon time slot to suit your needs. Once you have both agreed on a delivery date you will be telephoned on the day by the delivery crew approximately 1hr before delivery.

Once our dressers have been checked in the workshops, they are wrapped up for delivery. The top and the bottom parts of the dressers are wrapped up separately to keep them safe during transit and to help our couriers get them inside your home. When your delivery arrives the couriers will bring the two parts of the dresser into your home, where they will place it in your chosen location and attach the rear fixing brackets. All packaging will be taken away for recycling.

Yes this is possible. If you can let us know time frames when placing your order we can store your dresser for a while. Alternatively, we can deliver the dresser earlier than you need it and it can be left wrapped in protective cardboard until you are ready to use it.

We offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy. You may cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving the dresser. Provided that you have notified us within 14 days of receiving the dresser we will refund your purchase price minus the delivery costs of £180. Please see our T&C's.
