Established in 2004, The Kitchen Dresser Company is passionate about designing and making the finest-quality kitchen dressers for our customers in the UK and Europe.
We design our own products in-house, meaning we have complete control of the process from start to finish. Our highly skilled cabinet-makers build our kitchen dressers using the highest-quality materials and traditional techniques, which stand the test of time.
Our unique and original designs are made-to-order and can be found nowhere else. Each dresser is fitted with a solid oak worktop, hidden soft-close door hinges & drawer runners and painted in a large choice of beautiful colours. You can personalise your dresser further by selecting a Carrara marble worktop, special glass shelves & downlighters as well as different handles.
Environmental impact is important to us – all of our hardwood timber is sustainable European FSC-accredited. We also use water-based eggshell eco paint which is ultra low VOC and odour free.
Our designs come from the heart and we are proud to design and make every one of our dressers in our own workshops. Our unique designs are made-to-order in-house and only available on our website.
We don't believe buying in generic furniture from the Far East like most of our competitors. Most importantly these countries do not support any form of sustainability. We are proud that all of our timber is sustainable and FSC-accredited.

Our skilled cabinet makers build our dressers using only the highest quality materials including FSC accredited European hardwoods, solid Oak worktops and the finest Italian Carrara marble worktops.

The dresser drawers and doors are fitted with high quality soft-closing mechanisms which provides a lovely gentle movement as well as making them very sturdy and durable. This allows ample storage, without any problems of jolting when using the drawers.
We are able to remain competitive by being an online only business. We understand that you want to see the closest thing to a ‘real life’ dresser before you buy which is why we have made a series of detailed product videos for you to watch at home. The Kitchen Dresser Company is a family-run British business. We have been making kitchen dressers since 2004 and have grown to become the UK’s leading online kitchen dresser specialist. Buying from us supports British trade and enterprise.
The wood we use to make our dressers is Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) approved, which means that every tree used is replaced with at least one more tree. The wood comes from sustainable forests which are responsibly maintained. We never import from the Far East and everything is sourced from the UK and Europe, thus reducing the environmental impact of transportation. In addition, our water-based paints have a very low VOC content. (volatile organic compounds)
Each dresser is designed to work in harmony with your everyday life; every drawer and door is soft-closing for a luxuriously smooth and quiet feel. Adjustable shelving provides flexible storage options and adding downlighters & glass shelves will create a stunning focal point to any room.
The clever glass shelves have a painted wood surround. This allows the light to shine through but gives the appearance of a normal painted shelf.
Our dressers are painted in carefully selected colours which have mixed especially for us in Italy. These eggshell colours provide superior durability which can be wiped down if needed.
